From a surplus list to an agreed handover

Offer stock by complete part number, quantity basis, packaging condition and location. Mark whether you own the stock or represent its owner, and whether you need a whole-lot discussion or separate batches. Reusable components and e-waste follow separate review paths.

  • Match carton references to inventory lines and distinguish counted from estimated quantities.
  • Agree the quote scope, inspection, receiving conditions and payment milestones before dispatch. Cross-border feasibility is assessed for the specific material and route.
